Bar-fed Swiss-type sliding headstock turning to 32mm and multi-axis CNC turning to 34mm. Live tooling, C-axis, Y-axis, dual-spindle, up to 27 tool stations including 11 driven tools. 0.00005" resolution. Unattended production capability on both cells.

Super-Precision CNC Turning
Hardinge super-precision platforms with OmniTurn CNC control. Tenths-level dimensional control, 5C collet workholding, bar-fed, conversational CNC programming, unattended capability.

50"×20"×25" travel, CAT-40, 20-station ATC, rigid tapping, programmable coolant, 3,500 lb. table capacity.
